SHORT TERM RESEARCH PROJECTS AND ACHIEVEMENTS
The College has adopted a clear strategy regarding research activities. MBBS students of this college have imbibed an aptitude for research very early in their career. Seven MBBS students were awarded projects under the ICMR-STS 2005 (Indian Council of Medical Research-Short Term Research Studentship 2005) scheme. Additionally, five students were involved in Intramural / Institution-based research projects. Under the ICMR STS 2006 scheme, out of 9 student projects approved in the state of UP, 7 projects were awarded to ELMC students. Five of our MBBS students presented papers in national level conferences, which is a matter of pride for any
