• INTERACTIVE INSTRUCTION METHODOLOGY
Students of ELMC are required to attend a specified number of lectures in every subject included in their curriculum. For better understanding, slides, transparencies and other interactive tools like presentations are encouraged.

LEARNING THROUGH OBSERVATION
ELMC students are encouraged to watch operations that take place in the hospital. Teaching is provided by means of Close Circuit Cameras thus exposing the students to a wide variety of surgical procedures.ed supporting staff ensure that no relevant aspect of the topic is left uncovered for student passing out from ELMC. |

• PERSONALISED ATTENTION
ELMC believes in imparting personalized attention to each student. Small groups are formed for practicals, demonstrations and clinical postings.
ELMC has installed Biometric Attendance system to insure regular attendance in all lectures. Students have to just place their finger on the Biometric Machine to register their attendance in the class, if one fails to do the same SMS will be send to that particular student's parent/guardian intimating the absence of their ward in the class of that particular subject.
We have harnessed technology to ensure seriousness and punctuality among students, and this has helped us maintain high academic standards. |
