All facilities for the treatment of pre-natal, natal and postnatal problems, deliveries and Caesarean Section are readily available at all hours. The department is well equipped with cardiotocographic and ultrasound equipment, with the added advantage of transvaginal sonography. Gynae OPD has Video Colposcope for diagnosis of preinvasive and invasive diseases of the cervix, specially for the early diagnosis of carcinoma cervix. In future, the department is planning to establish an IVF unit and a semen bank.
